Week 10 Value Stack
Mike White ($5,100) / Michael Carter ($5,600) / Elijah Moore ($4,700)
This is a cheap stack with some high garbage-time potential to rack up points in the full PPR DraftKings scoring format. The Bills do have a good defense, but the Jets do not. New York will likely be playing from behind here, and that will put the pressure on Mike White to throw the ball and dump it down early and often to both Carter and Moore. If Corey Davis comes back for the Jets, then that specifically should open up the possibility for Moore to avoid the top Bills' defensive coverage on most plays. Carter, on the other hand, really proved his worth with White on the field two weeks ago. Two weeks ago against the Bengals this trio combined to score a total of 76.5 fantasy points. Not bad for a combined price tag of $15,400.
TE Value Play
Pat Freiermuth ($3,900)
Pittsburgh simply doesn’t blow out any team in the year, 2021, and even though it’s the Detroit Lions this week, look for Big Ben to get the ball to the TE spot once again. This isn’t a sleeper pick by any means, but it’s still an under-the-radar price for an up-and-coming player who still isn't getting the respect from the general public that he deserves. With Claypool not practicing right now with a toe issue, this could open up even more targets for Freiermuth, including additional red zone looks in a plus-matchup come Sunday.
D/ST Value Play
Jaguars ($2,200)
The Jaguars last week played what essentially was their 2021 super bowl on defense. Can they do that two weeks in a row is the question now. While the Jags could be a moderately-owned defense against a turnover-prone QB in Carson Wentz, this cheap play indeed opens up our roster to land some of the best players at other positions. We really don’t know how or why the Jaguars defense performed like they did last week. Maybe it was the time off, or maybe they had a talk with each other and fixed things mentally off the bye as well. One way or the other, we can use them here and hope half the effort to return value.
